At Khursheed Jewellers, we are committed to customer satisfaction and take pride in the quality of our jewellery. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, along with the original invoice and packaging.

Custom-made, engraved, resized, or specially ordered items are not eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, earrings, nose pins, and body-worn items cannot be returned.

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are final sale and non-returnable.
Return Process

Contact our support team at info@khursheedjewelers.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, securely pack the item with its original documents and packaging.

Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.

All returned items will be inspected by our quality team before acceptance.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.

Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Items not meeting the above conditions will be declined and returned to the customer.
